### Consulting and custom builds

#### Do we own the code you build for us?
Yes. The codebase is yours, and it is handed to your technology team at the end of the engagement. Astro and Goats by Bukalapak both took delivery of their systems and continued development in-house. You are not renting access to something we keep.

#### How long before we are live?
It depends on scope, and we will give you a number before you commit rather than after. For reference: the Goats by Bukalapak marketplace went from kickoff to public launch in under three months, and Astro shipped a customer app, a rider app and the enterprise core behind them in three to four months.

#### Why build custom instead of buying off-the-shelf?
Usually you should not. Custom earns its cost when your operation has outgrown what the market sells — when the workarounds, the spreadsheets and the manual reconciliation have become the real system. If a packaged product fits you, we will tell you that in the first conversation.

#### Once it is live, do we need you to keep it running?
No. You hold the code and the infrastructure, so your own team can run it. Where you would rather not, our managed services cover the operational side — infrastructure, monitoring and ongoing changes — as a separate engagement you can start or stop without touching the system itself.

#### What happens to our data, and who can see it?
Access is governed per module, so each team sees only what its role requires, and sign-in uses a one-time code rather than shared passwords. Your data model, your infrastructure and the code that runs on it are all handed over with the system.

#### What if we outgrow the system later?
You own the code, so the ceiling is yours to raise. We design for the growth you have told us about: Astro was built to add stock-keeping hubs without redesigning inventory, and ENL can add crew divisions, positions, vessel types and document types themselves without coming back to us.

### Delos Retail

#### Which channels does it connect to, and what does it sync back?
Orders and stock move between Delos Retail and Shopee, TikTok Shop and Shopify, so every channel sells against one stock position rather than its own. On the finance side it stays in realtime sync with Accurate Online and Oracle NetSuite, with operational transactions mapped to your chart of accounts.

#### Do we have to replace our accounting system?
No, and you should not. Delos Retail runs the operation and hands finance the entries it produces — sales, transfers and goods receipts arrive in your existing ledger as journal entries, which is what removes the second round of data entry. Your finance team keeps the system it already closes on.

#### Does it handle consignment counters in department stores?
Yes, as a first-class case rather than a workaround. Revenue share is calculated per partner and per item, and each counter holds its own stock position and reporting requirements inside the system instead of in a spreadsheet maintained beside it. PT. Saga Machie runs 28 consignment counters this way.

#### How is it priced?
By selling location, per month. A physical store, a consignment counter and an online marketplace channel each count as one location, so the bill follows the size of your operation rather than the number of people using it — training a whole store team costs you nothing extra.

#### Does everything have to change at once?
No. Rollout is staged: inventory, stock transfers and sales come first, because those are what make the numbers trustworthy, and procurement, goods receipt and stock opname follow once the core is stable. Saga Machie onboarded 75 users across warehouse, data entry, merchandising and floor staff progressively rather than in one cutover.

#### What do our stores actually need to run it?
A phone with an internet connection and a handheld barcode scanner per location. Receiving, transfers, picking, delivery and stock checks all run from the phone, because a counter or a warehouse floor is not a desk. Existing devices are fine.

### Delos Maritime

#### How do we stop a certificate expiring mid-charter?
Each document type carries its own validity period, so an expiry date is calculated from a single valid-from date rather than typed in and forgotten. The system derives each document status — active, expiring soon, expired — refreshes it daily and sends reminders as the date approaches. A crew member can hold twelve certificates at once, which is precisely why this stops being a manual job.

#### Can the same crew member or vessel end up committed twice?
No. Assignments are checked for overlapping dates at the point of entry and validated against the project period, so a double-booking is refused when it is made rather than discovered when the vessel sails.

#### How much of the payroll work does it actually remove?
Working time is captured per crew member with overlap protection, so paid time is never double-counted. The system auto-generates a full pay period of timesheets for every ongoing assignment, and takes bulk import from biometric and fingerprint files with a validated, per-row error report — so consolidation stops being the thing that delays payroll.

#### Can we add our own positions, vessel types and document types?
Yes, and without us. Crew divisions, positions, vessel types and document types are yours to maintain, so the vocabularies the business runs on do not depend on a change request to DELOS.

#### Is this an HR system?
It holds crew records, but it is built for project readiness. Projects, vessel charters and crew assignments are modelled explicitly, so the crewing team can plan the whole chain from a won commission down to the individual crew on each vessel — which is the part ordinary HR software does not do.

#### Who can see what?
