Privacy Policy
This site has no forms, no accounts and no login. Nothing you type reaches us through it. What follows is an account of the little that is measured anyway, and who else sees it.

Who we are
This website is operated by PT. Delos Merdeka Nusantara, trading as DELOS, at Jalan Patal Senayan No.25, Grogol Utara, Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Selatan 12120, Indonesia. What this site does not do
Stating this first because it removes most of what a privacy policy usually has to cover. This site is a set of static pages. It has no contact form, no account system, no login, no comments and no payment processing. It does not sell data, does not run advertising or retargeting pixels, and does not build a profile of you for marketing. The fonts are served from this domain rather than a font CDN, so loading a page does not announce your visit to a third party that way either.
Every way of actually contacting DELOS — the booking link, WhatsApp, email, phone — takes you off this website to a service that has its own privacy terms. Those are described under Leaving this site below.
What is collected while you browse
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-6YZQPJWJ2Y) to understand which pages get read and which links get clicked. It sets cookies in your browser and collects your approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, your device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived. Google processes this on our behalf; the tag is only loaded on the live site, never in development.
Because this site's entire purpose is getting you to a conversation, we also record four specific events when you click a link that leaves the site: opening the booking page, opening WhatsApp, tapping a phone number, and tapping an email address. We record that the click happened, the destination, and the link's own text — not who you are, and not anything you go on to say in the conversation that follows.
If you arrive from a campaign link, the utm_ parameters on it are held in your browser's session storage under the key delos_campaign so that a click several pages later can still be attributed to the campaign that brought you. That key never leaves your browser except as part of the four events above, and it is discarded when you close the tab.
You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely withGoogle's browser add-on, or by blocking the cookies in your browser settings. The site works identically either way.
Cloudflare
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which necessarily processes your IP address and request details in order to deliver pages to you and to absorb attacks. Cloudflare Web Analytics also runs on the domain; unlike Google Analytics it sets no cookies and does not fingerprint your device.
The map on our contact page
Our contact page embeds a Google Map showing the office. Loading that page loads the map from Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. No other page on the site embeds anything.
Leaving this site
When you take us up on any of these, you are handing information to the named company under its terms, not ours. We receive whatever that service passes on to us — typically your name and contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us.
- Booking a demo opens a Google Calendar appointment page. Google collects the details you enter to make the booking and sends them to us.
- WhatsApp opens a chat with our business number. Meta operates WhatsApp and your messages are subject to its terms; we see your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, and the conversation.
- Email and phone reach our own inboxes and handsets directly.
What you send us that way — a brief, a scope, a question — we keep in our email and business systems for as long as we are talking, and afterwards for as long as we have a commercial or legal reason to. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Where the data goes
Google and Cloudflare are both established outside Indonesia and process data on servers outside Indonesia. Using this site therefore involves an international transfer of the limited data described above.
Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022), you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, withdraw a consent you have given, and object to how we are using it. If you are in a jurisdiction with its own regime — the UK or EU, for instance — you may have equivalent or wider rights there.
Email hello@delos.co.id and we will handle it. In practice most requests concern something you sent us by email or WhatsApp, since that is the only place we hold anything that identifies you. For analytics data, the browser controls and Google's opt-out above are more direct than asking us.
Children
This site sells enterprise software to businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, because we do not run one.
