These cover the website itself. Nothing is bought or signed here — if we end up working together, that engagement runs on its own contract, and this page has nothing to say about it.

Agreement
This website is operated by PT. Delos Merdeka Nusantara ("DELOS", "we", "us") of Jalan Patal Senayan No.25, Grogol Utara, Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Selatan 12120, Indonesia. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not, stop using the site — there is nothing else you need to do, because you have no account with us to close.
What this site is
It describes what DELOS builds and who we have built it for, so that you can decide whether to start a conversation. It is information and invitation, not an offer. Nothing here — a price, a capability, a timeline, a product page — constitutes a binding offer, and no contract exists between us until one is signed.
Booking a call through the link on this site schedules a conversation. It commits neither side to anything beyond turning up.
Case studies, statistics and client names
The outcomes on this site are real and they belong to specific engagements: a named client, a defined scope, a particular business at a particular moment. They are given so you can judge the kind of work we do. They are not a forecast, a benchmark or a promise of what your project would achieve. Whether any of it transfers to your situation is exactly the sort of thing the first conversation is for.
Client names, logos and marks belong to those clients and appear with permission. Nothing on this site grants you any right to use them.
Accuracy
We keep this site current and correct as best we can, and it is still possible for a page to be out of date, incomplete or wrong. The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not promise that any description of a product or service here matches what we would actually scope and build for you — that is settled in writing during an engagement, not on a marketing page.
Our content
The text, design, code, images and structure of this site are ours or our licensors', and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright law. You may read it, link to it, share it and quote it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, present it as your own, or use it to train a system you then sell as a competing service.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to:
- break the law, or help anyone else to;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or anything connected to it;
- probe, scan or stress-test it, or interfere with its availability for anyone else;
- harvest the contact details published here for bulk or automated messaging.
The email addresses and phone number on this site are published so that a person with a real enquiry can reach us. Using them for unsolicited bulk marketing is not that.
Links to other services
This site links out to services we do not control — a booking page, WhatsApp, social profiles, and sources cited in our writing. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or their handling of your data. Once you follow one, their terms apply, not ours.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DELOS is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it — including lost profit, lost business, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss. This limitation concerns the website. It does not touch the liability provisions of any engagement contract between us, which are negotiated separately and govern the actual work.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy
How this site handles data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of the page tells you when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta.
